1.  Anchor Congregations Outreach
Agreed to check-in with one Anchor Congregation and report back
utilizing the questions posed by Joseph earlier.  Added the importance
of learning about key institutional developments, long-range plans and
funding situation.  Ask Michael to send a copy of each application to
the respective caller on Unitarian Universalist Campus Ministry Advisory
Committee.

Providence – Alison

Joseph & Michael will split the 4 remaining or ask one of the new
members (YRUU and at-large) to take one each.

What is one thing you would like our Advisory Committee to do?

Unitarian Universalist Campus Ministry Folks – ask your friends and
colleagues and Campus Ministry groups for questions

 
3.  Portland Agenda Reviewed the questions and topics that we
brainstormed on the last teleconference

Emphasis on:

-following up on existing projects
(1) Ethics Code
(2) Anchor Congregations
(3) GA Workshop
(4) Campus Ministry Video 2
(5) Alumni Program

-additional work on new projects/ideas
(1) Campus Ministry Summit
(2) Young Adults - Campus Ministry Professionals Course

-orientation of new members

-focus on key steps in starting up a Campus Ministry and on “level 2”
and beyond Campus Ministry development, including the potential creation
of a document that overviews Campus Ministry programs and expectations

-review and set expectations for member organizations involvement in
Unitarian Universalist Campus Ministry Advisory Committee
